Second Chance Roofs LLC ("Company," "We," "our," or "us") operates one or more text messaging / short message service (SMS) programs (each a "Program") to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding our services. These Programs may include, without limitation:

Visiting our Website, providing your phone number, and/or participating in any Text/Number Saver (TCPA) opt-in process constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not enroll in or use the Programs.
When you receive, review, or respond to promotional messages/texts from us, we may be processing your contact information (including your mobile phone number and name) and sending you text-based messages from us, using our Website or services, as agents of these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). If you have questions, please do not enroll in any Programs or use the Website.
Program: Second Chance Roofs LLC Customer Relations & Customer Communications
Program Description: Outbound and incoming service scheduling to 866-8800, photos, and service-related communications to and from customers. Notifications including SMS. Distribute referrals and reach out to leads (public reviews and feedback when available) and, when permitted, limited service communications.

Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and which Programs you join. We reserve the right to alter message frequency as reasonably required.

You may opt in to receive messages from us by, for example, submitting a form on our Website, then in a confirmation message, responding that e-mail updates, providing your information during in-person enrollment, or through other enrollment methods.
4. Opting Out
To stop receiving text messages from a Program, reply "STOP" to any message we send you.
After you send "STOP," we may send you a confirmation text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from that Program. After this, you will no longer receive messages from that specific Program. But you may continue to receive texts from other Programs you have not opted out of, and from other companies.

We are not responsible and not liable for information or directions requested that are dispensed through third-party services.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Variations in a Program and specific instances of message delivery may be affected by your carrier's coverage and network conditions.
7. Right to Opt In and Opt Out
You may opt out of the Programs at any time. You may also contact 866-8800 to unsubscribe. Beyond that, you voluntarily opted into the service.

Neither a purchase nor a fee allows the use of the Programs.

Your participation in surveys, feedback requests, or public reviews is voluntary. Declining to participate will not affect your ability to receive services from us.
