Hi there, I’m Isaiah Weller (left), founder and owner of Second Chance Roofs. Alongside me is my best friend and co-founder, Van Gutierrez (right). We’ve worked side by side for years, and he’s been my right-hand guy on every project since I can remember.

After our experience in the home service world, we saw the same problem over and over again: homeowners calling about small roof issues or roof leaks, only to be told they needed a full roof replacement. Too many people were paying for work they didn’t actually need and it just wasn’t sitting well with us anymore.

That’s why we started Second Chance Roofs.

Our approach is simple: fix the problem first. We specialize in roof repairs, leak detection, and extending the life of your roof whenever possible. Many roof issues can be repaired without tearing everything off, helping homeowners avoid unnecessary work and unnecessary costs.

We fix problems first—always. Once your roof is solid, we offer Nano Sealant as an added layer of protection. It won’t fix damages, but it can help your roof last longer, resist moss, and stay protected—on both older and newer roofs.
